Debet Uniform MMC was established in 1997 as a manufacturer and distributor of a full range of personal protective equipment, workwear  and corporate clothing. The company also provides a wide range of embroidery, screen-printing and heat transfer services that are applied to garments supplied.

Our vision:
Our main goal is to supply high quality certified products at competitive prices and keep up with current trends and demand in the market. These goals are achieved through a thorough study of the network of personal protective equipment and raw materials world market. We work directly with manufacturers to achieve a favorable price level without adverse effect on quality. Debet Uniform aiming at a gradual but steady growth. We constantly step up our sales and marketing efforts by securing long-term business partnership.

Manufacturing:
Equipped with advanced technologies our production unit is capable of manufacturing products that comply with internationally accepted quality and safety standards. Using raw material of leading manufacturers the company also manufactures flame retardant and hi-visibility workwear which comply to EN 340, EN 470-1, EN 531 and EN 471 European standards. We cooperate with certified EU bodies in this particular area.

Distribution:
As partner and distributor we stock locally and supply a wide range of products of such leading companies as:
Johnstone  Safety International, Greenham Trading, Faithful, 3M, , MSA AUER, Evonik Stockhausen, Capital Safety, Sperian Protection, MTS, Sioen, Marigold Industrial, Texport, Alpha Solway, Skylotec.
Countries from which we import include but not limited to: UK, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, France, Czech Republic, Tunisia, China, Taiwan, Turkey, Hungary, Honk Kong, USA, Belgium, Netherlands, Poland, Russia, UAE, Sweden.

Research & Development:
We are pioneers in using advanced equipment of «Gerber Technology» which has no analogs in the Caucasian region and able to develop new products within a short period of time. The use of this technology allows us to be sure in the quality and measurements of every item manufactured. All necessary technical files are prepared and sent for certification to a certified EU body for certification of all new products.

Locations:
We are currently represented in Azerbaijan and Georgia. We also have wide experience in export operations. That enables us to export our goods to neighbor countries.

Facilities:
We own a spacious showroom near the centre of the city. Our factory and warehouse premises are just 10 minutes drive from the office location.

Business processes:
A first class ERP system is integrated into the operational environment at Debet Uniform. All orders, operations, transfers and any other business processes are recorded and thus an entire track of every transaction from a customer order to ultimate delivery can be retrieved from the system. “Zero percent error” is our goal in all aspects of our activities.

Staff:
Our staff consists of professionals in relevant fields. All departments work as a single team to achieve the common aim set. The organization chart of the company includes but not limited to the following units: Administrative Support, IT Support, Human Resources, Sales&Customer Care, Procurement, Logistics, HSE, Finance&Accounting, Production. The total number of the company’s staff is 90 persons.

HSE:
Being a supplier of PPE we as almost no one else understand the importance of safety. HSE is an integral part of our activities. All procedures are implemented in strict accordance with an approved HSE policy of the company. What is more important we provide regular trainings and inductions covering all main aspects of HSE from the right set of PPE to be applied to safety at workplace, both to our employees and visitors.

Quality Management:
Debet Uniform is actively introducing ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System throughout its operations which will allow it to streamline competitiveness and quality of its products. All required documentary procedures are now in place including Quality Manual, SOPs, Work instructions.

Customer focus:
We strive to exceed expectations of every customer by offering outstanding customer service, increased flexibility and greater value. The use of a first class CRM in our operations allows us to provide excellent service, in-time delivery and pre & after sales support to every client. Our sales department is ready to attend to any issue raised from 09:00 to 19:00 six days per week. Our sales staff is well trained to be able to timely handle RFQ’s, tenders and provide all type of support and consultation from proper product selection to safety standards for each particular case. Our customers are mainly represented by large companies in oil & gas, construction and manufacturing industries. We are flexible enough to serve small and medium size businesses as well.
